The Young Cricket Collective is a volunteering programme designed to help young people develop valuable skills, gain practical experience and make a positive impact within cricket.

The Young Cricket Collective is a national volunteering and leadership programme launched by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) for individuals aged 14-18. It aims to develop the next generation of youth volunteers by training them as Young Activators, Young Officials, and Young Club Leaders. 

By taking part, young people will:

• Train as a Young Activator, Young Official, and Young Club Leader
• Additional (optional) module in grounds management
• Build confidence, leadership, and life skills
• Receive unique kit, merchandise and certificates
• Begin a journey that leads to qualifications and exciting opportunities

• Young Cricket Collective Course on Friday 31st July | 10am-4pm at Solihull Blossomfield Cricket Club
• Young Cricket Collective Course (Female Only) on Friday 7th August | 10am-4pm at Dorridge Cricket Club 

The cost of the programme is £20 per participant, which includes an official ECB certificate, Cricket Collective tracksuit, bucket hat, and notebook.
