Warwickshire County Cricket Club is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time Strength and Conditioning coach to support the physical development of male and female cricketers within the Warwickshire County Age Group set-up.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about youth athletic development and have a desire to gain more coaching experience in the field of sport. As a Strength and Conditioning Coach, you will work closely with the Lead and Assistant Strength and Conditioning coaches to design and deliver weekly strength and conditioning (S&C) sessions for designated county age group (CAG) players. Additionally, you will be responsible for testing and physical profiling of CAG players as necessary.

Role Profile and Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement weekly strength and conditioning sessions for designated male and female county age group (CAG) players.
- Work in collaboration with the Lead and Assistant Strength and Conditioning coaches to develop effective training programs that align with the needs of CAG players.
- Conduct regular physical testing and profiling of CAG players to assess their progress and address individual needs.
- Provide guidance and support to help players improve their physical fitness, prevent injuries, and enhance their performance on the cricket field.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in strength and conditioning, sports science, and coaching methodologies.
