Warwickshire to host One Day Cup quarter-final against Worcestershire

Warwickshire will host a quarter-final fixture in the Metro Bank One Day Cup against Worcestershire at Edgbaston on Friday 16 August, 11am start.

Typically, finishing second in Group A would have allowed Worcestershire to host the quarter-final. However, due to a scheduling conflict with the England Lions’ match against Sri Lanka at Visit Worcestershire New Road, the quarter-final has been relocated to Edgbaston.

Warwickshire and Worcestershire Members can attend the game for free, while adult tickets are £15 and under 16s are also free. Tickets are on sale now via tickets.edgbaston.com.

Timings

10am – Gates open
11am – Start of play
2.30pm – Lunch
3pm – Second innings
6.30pm – Close of play

Ticketing

Warwickshire Members with a Membership that includes Metro Bank One Day Cup fixtures and Worcestershire Members can access the 50-over quarter-final fixture by scanning their card at the gate. As this is a knockout game, no guest passes can be used.

Tickets for this match can be purchased online in advance or in-person on the day via the Ticket Office in Store ’94.

Adult tickets are £15 and under 16s are free.

Ground Access

Members and fans can enter Edgbaston via E2, E9, Main Reception and through Store ‘94.

All stands and both the Tom Dollery Lounge and David Heath Suite (Members only) will be open. Please note, the Exhibition Hall in the South Stand will be closed due to an external event.

Food and Drink

Fine Leg bar and Coffee Pod will be open in the concourse in the South Stand, while catering units will also be open behind the RES Wyatt Stand.

Bars will be open for Members in the Tom Dollery Lounge and David Heath Suite.

Parking

We encourage spectators, who are able to, to leave the car at home and use public transport wherever possible. There are many great public transport options, safe cycling paths and walking routes from the city centre.

On-site parking at Edgbaston will only be available to Members who have a 2024 Annual Car Park Pass.

Pay and display parking spaces can be accessed at Queen’s Ride, across the road from Edgbaston, by the MAC at Cannon Hill Park.
