Next summer, England will host West Indies in a day/night clash on Thursday 29 May (1pm start) in the first ODI in Birmingham since 2021 when the hosts won a thriller against Pakistan.

Jos Buttler’s side will face a young West Indies outfit who have been on the rise in recent years, culminating in a series win against England last time the two sides met in December 2023.
Talents such as Shai Hope and Alzarri Joseph starred in the 2-1 win and will be looking to do the same in England in 2025.

In the last ODI in 2021, England pulled off their highest successful ODI run-chase at Edgbaston against a star-studded Pakistan side which featured a career-best 158 from Babar Azam.
