Joining our Team

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to lead all aspects of boys’ County Age Group (CAG) cricket and the Emerging Players Programme (EPP) at WCCC. As Pathway Lead, you will manage full-time and sessional coaching teams, ensuring a smooth transition for players from the CAG pathway to the Academy and beyond to 1st XI cricket. Working closely with the ECB National Talent Manager and Staffordshire County partners, you’ll drive player development and help create a strong pipeline of future Academy candidates.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled coach with excellent leadership, organisational, and people-management abilities. You’ll be responsible for managing budgets, ensuring compliance with ECB CPA standards, and fostering an inclusive, progressive environment for player growth at every stage.
