
Following the first Ballot winners window, over 50,000 tickets have now been sold for Edgbaston's Major Matches in 2026 - with limited tickets now left for the Men's ODI and Vitality Blast Finals Day.
Almost 300,000 tickets were requested in the Ballot for next summer, the second highest requests for a non-Ashes year, once again showing that Edgbaston really is the People’s Home of Cricket.
After the conclusion of the Member and Ballot winner windows, the first milestone of 50,000 tickets sold has been reached and this has left some days with limited seats left.
For 2026, there will be limited capacity across all match days due to the hotel development – a new Radisson RED which will feature 146 rooms including 85 with pitch-facing balconies – and means the Family and Raglan Stands will be closed next year.
England welcome India back to Birmingham in 2026 for a Men’s ODI on Tuesday 14 July (11am) and 95% of tickets have already gone for this match with tickets only remaining in the world-famous Eric Hollies Stand, RES Wyatt Stand and West Upper Stand.

While 85% of seats have been sold for Vitality Blast Finals Day, which saw a record-breaking event in 2025 with over 23,000 fans – the highest attendance since 2019 – attending the biggest day in domestic cricket.
Both of these are expected to be close to sell out before general sale on 15 October.
While tickets are also going fast for the Men’s Test between England and Pakistan, with over 10,000 tickets already sold for Day Three.
As part of a landmark summer, Edgbaston will also host the opening game of next summer’s ICC Women’s T20 World Cup and tickets are now on general sale.
Fans can access tickets now with either a Membership, with Priority Club still available for only £35, or those who entered the Ballot have access in their allocated window for the day they’ve been successful with.
VIP Experiences and Premium Tickets are also available now for all Major Matches in 2026.
