Free tickets are available on both Saturday and Monday of Warwickshire County Cricket Club’s highly anticipated Rothesay County Championship clash with Glamorgan, taking place at Edgbaston Stadium this week.
As part of the Bears’ Red Ball Showcase, activities are taking place across all four days of the game, which takes place from Friday 15 May to Monday 18 May, with free tickets available for two of the four days of action.
With Saturday being County Cricket Day, free tickets are available for all. Spectators can either claim their ticket online in advance, or visit the ticket office on the day at Edgbaston.
Monday is ‘free entry day’, and again, spectators can claim their ticket either online or at the ticket office on the day.
Warwickshire have made a brilliant start to their 2026 Rothesay County Championship campaign, and following a win against Yorkshire earlier this week, sit in second place in the table, just six points behind table-topping Nottinghamshire. This is the perfect time to back the Bears.
They will be looking to continue that momentum, starting on Friday, where they will be cheered on by over 1000 children in the Hollies stand as part of Schools Day.
Alongside County Cricket Day, Saturday will also celebrate several former players and ex-legends of the Bears, with the likes of Dennis Amiss, Geoff Hunpage and Asif Din already confirmed, and more set to be in attendance on the day. They will be chatting to spectators in the Tom Dollery Lounge during the morning session, with a Q&A hosted there at lunchtime.
Sunday is Member Recognition Day, emphasising the importance of those who have backed the Bears for a prolonged period of time. Members attached to Warwickshire for 50 years will be invited to a lunch and receive a coveted badge as part of the recognition scheme.
Members that have replied to the Clubs ‘Bears Innings’ forms, either via AGM forms or the Members Newsletter, will be able to collect their members recognition badge from either the Tom Dollery Lounge or David Heath Suite.
