We caught up with Ashley Giles to talk about his new role as Sport Director at Warwickshire CCC. In the interview Ashley talks about this time at England, his relationship with First Team Coach Jim Troughton and about his ambition to establish stronger pathways for developing homegrown talent from the academy system.

The announcement of Ashley Giles as Sports Director follows the recent First Team Coach appointment of Jim Troughton, who will report into Giles as part of the new structure along with Head of Women’s Cricket Darren Franklin and Elite Performance Manager Paul Greetham.
