Former Gloucestershire and England left-arm seamer Mike Smith and Chris Tickle of the ECB Cricket Discipline Commission will be the guest speaker at the upcoming meeting of the Midlands branch of the Cricket Society on Tuesday 19 November.
Former Gloucestershire and England left-arm seamer Mike Smith and Chris Tickle of the ECB Cricket Discipline Commission will be guest speakers at the upcoming meeting of the Midlands branch of the Cricket Society on Tuesday 19 November.
Smith enjoyed a fantastic career in the county game with Gloucestershire and was an integral part of the team which won seven one-day competitions between 1999 and 2004. He also won one Test cap for England in the 1997 home Ashes series.
He is now a member of the Cricket Discipline Commission, alongside Tickle who was a long-standing member of the Warwickshire Committee.
The meeting will be held at Edgbaston from 8pm and Warwickshire Members, friends and guests are very welcome to attend, but are asked to support the raffle.
