Jake Lintott can't wait to experience the Bangladesh Premier League after signing for Fortune Barishal.
The spinner’s stock continues to rise following a breakout season with the Bears, a strong campaign for Manchester Originals in The Hundred and a taste of CPL with Barbados Royal.
“I’m really looking forward to it and it’s an exciting opportunity,” said Lintott. “It’s my second opportunity to play in an overseas franchise tournament, so looking forward to get out there. It’s all happened a bit quick, but it should be a great experience. I should learn a lot out there.
“I think the pitches should spin which will be great for me and I haven’t really played on pitches that spin, so that’ll be a different challenge. The heat will be another thing and I found that quite tough in the Caribbean. I’ll be playing with top players, adapting to different styles and good players of spin, so it should be good.”
