We are seeking a Catering Duty Manager to lead on the planning and execution of events, acting as Duty Manager for multiple events (exhibitions, banquets and conferences).
The successful candidate will liaise with appropriate operation and catering departments and lead a team. The individual must be customer focused and financially astute to achieve company and client objectives.
Once in post, the appointed candidate must also be able to deputise in the absence of the Operations Manager in accordance with the standards required by Compass Group UK & Ireland.
