Bears fell to defeat against Yorkshire by 10 wickets and now take a red-ball break with five wins from eight.
“In a long tournament like this you will have humps in the road like tonight,” the Captain said. “It’s not a good feeling being beaten especially at home. We had a fantastic crowd tonight and they deserved a lot better.
“For some of the boys (who aren’t playing red ball cricket) you step away for a week, do some reflection and come back and hit the ground running.”
