Ticket holders for Vitality Blast Finals Day 2024 who can no longer attend can now claim a full refund.
If you wish to request a refund, please complete the below form before midnight on Wednesday 6 September.
All tickets in the booking provided will be cancelled and a refund will be processed.
Your refund will go back to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, but please allow up to 28 days for these to be completed.
Please submit the form only once, unless you have multiple bookings where you will need to submit a separate entry for each booking.
