Rob Yates believes the dressing room is 'keeping pretty level' following their fourth win from four games.
In a start that sees the Bears top of the group, and with different players contributing throughout, it would be easy for them to get too carried away.
But unlike the social media the Bears dressing room is a little more reserved. They know their capabilities and strengths, but also the depth of squad that Mark Robinson has at his disposal.
“We couldn’t have asked for a better start,” said the Talbots Law Player of the Match. “The dressing room is in a good place and we’re keeping pretty level, whilst trying to improve where we can.
“The message has always been that when it’s your time be ready and take the opportunity with both hands. We’ve got Moeen to come back in, Hassan and Woakesy soon too, so it’s an exciting squad to be a part of and it’s great that different people are contributing.”
Speaking of his 71, Yates added: “It was a great knock for me, especially as I wasn’t feeling great at the start. It’s something to take forward into the next few games and hopefully people keep putting their hand up.”
