Buy TicketsIf the match is cancelled due to health and safety reasons, you will be entitled to a refund for the value of your tickets.
The good news is you’re also entitled to a refund of 50% of the price if rain cancels the match – if play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less and no result is obtained. You will still get your food and drink, even if there is no play and gates have been opened.
A refund is not available for complimentary tickets.
You must claim within 28 days of the date of the match. Please note, no refunds will be issued on the day of the rain affected fixture. Please allow 60 days from receipt of claim for us to process your refund.
