Ticket Refund Guarantee

You can buy tickets with confidence with our Ticket Refund Guarantee.

This means if your fixture is shortened or no play is possible due to bad weather, you will get your money back.

If play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less and no result is obtained due to bad weather, then you will be entitled to a refund (excluding any booking fees).

This policy applies to paid-for match tickets only.

Vitality Blast Off

If, for the day for which the ticket is valid, play does not take place OR play is restricted, you will be entitled to a refund of the match ticket value only subject to the below: (a) if neither match achieve a result – a full 100%; (b) if one match achieves a result but (i) there are zero to 9.5 overs played of the second match and no result is obtained – a 50% refund.

Refunds will be made automatically to the purchaser only, via the original payment method refunding to a debit or credit card or by sending a cheque. For refund queries please email tickets@edgbaston.com. Please allow 10 working days for your refund to be processed.

 

Vitality Blast Group Games

If, for the day for which the ticket is valid, play does not take place OR play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less and no result is obtained, then you will be entitled to a refund for the value of your tickets.

This policy applies to paid-for match tickets only. A refund is not available for complimentary tickets.

Refunds will be made automatically to the purchaser only, via the original payment method refunding to a debit or credit card or by sending a cheque. For refund queries please email tickets@edgbaston.com. Please allow 10 working days for your refund to be processed.

 

Season Pass holders

All Birmingham Bears Season Pass holders have the option to claim an extra ticket for any remaining Vitality Blast home group game, or claim a ticket to any remaining home One-Day Cup or day of County Championship cricket.

To claim an extra ticket, Season Pass holders must make the claim in person at the Ticket Office or call 0121 369 1994 and reference the Season Pass number on the reverse of the Season Pass card.

 

Car Parking

Please be advised that car parking is non-refundable and all future car parking bookings must be made in advance of the fixture customers are attending.
