To exchange your ticket(s) for another Birmingham Bears Vitality Blast group match, please bring your ticket with you to Store ’94 prior to the fixture. For any queries, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
To claim a refund
To claim your refund, all tickets buyers will need to complete a refund form, which will be sent via email and can be viewed online at edgbaston.com/bears-refund, by the specified deadline date. All refund requests must be received by the end of the season.
Please note, no refunds will be issued on the day of the fixture. Please allow 60 days from receipt of claim for us to process your refund. For refund queries please call 0121 369 1994. All claims for refunds will be paid to the original payment card. If this is no longer valid, your refund will be issued by cheque.
To accept credit
To accept credit, no action is required and after the deadline has passed, the credit will appear in your online account. This can be used to purchase Membership, international tickets or domestic tickets at Edgbaston for later in 2021 or in 2022.
Season Pass holders
All Birmingham Bears Season Pass holders have the option to claim an extra ticket for any remaining Vitality Blast home group game, or claim a ticket to any remaining home Royal London Cup or day of County Championship cricket.
To claim an extra ticket, Season Pass holders must make the claim in person at the Ticket Office or call 0121 369 1994 and reference the Season Pass number on the reverse of the Season Pass card.
Please be advised that car parking is non-refundable and all future car parking bookings must be made in advance of the fixture customers are attending.
