Our Enchanted Christmas Party Nights and Private Party packages are available to book now from £55.95 per person.

You can book your party night online at edgbaston.events-booking.co.uk or by contacting our Events Team on 0121 369 1994 (opt 3) or via email at events@edgbaston.com (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday).

Upon booking, we will take a £15 deposit per person with the remaining balance due six weeks before your party date. Our team will contact you closer to the time to discuss payment of the remaining balance.

Providing there is availability, you can add additional places to your booking. You can manage this process seamlessly via your online account at edgbaston.events-booking.co.uk. Alternatively, please contact our team via events@edgbaston.com.

Yes. Free car parking is available to all guests attending a Christmas Party at Edgbaston. To gain access to our car park, enter through our Edgbaston Road entrance (B5 7QU) and one of our friendly team will direct you. From our car park it is then a short walk to our Main Reception. We encourage guests, who are able to, to leave the car at home and use public transport wherever possible.

The following information will help you plan your travel to Edgbaston and offer transport tips to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.

Rail

Birmingham has great public transport links and we strongly recommend that you consider public transport so that you can make the most of your day with us. Birmingham New Street Station is the main rail hub for the city with connections from all over the region and country. We recommend that you book your tickets in advance and plan your journey.

Public Buses

There are regular local buses to the ground from south-west Birmingham and the city centre. National Express buses 45 and 47 have services between the city centre and Pershore Road which is a two-minute walk to the ground. More information on local buses can be found online at nxbus.co.uk.

By Bike

If you live locally, Edgbaston easy to get to by bike with both the Rea Valley and the A38 (Bristol Road) cycle route close by, offering a safe way to travel to the stadium. Bike stands are available near the Main Reception.

Walking

Many attendees enjoy the 40-minute walk to Edgbaston from the city centre. The walking route between Birmingham New Street Station and Edgbaston is straightforward with comprehensive signs to help you find your way.

Taxi Drop Off & Pickup

We kindly ask all spectator to arrange taxi drop off and pickup away from Edgbaston to avoid unnecessary traffic and to adhere to local parking restrictions.

Birmingham Clean Air Zone

Please note that from 1 June 2021, Birmingham City Council introduced a Clean Air Zone within the A4540 Middleway (Inner City Ring Road). Edgbaston is not within the Clean Air Zone, however, if you drive through the Clean Air Zone area  in a car or van, you could be charged £8 per day if your vehicle does not meet the required standards. Driving on the A4540 Middleway itself will not incur charges. You can check if you will be charged using the Government vehicle checker and view a map of the Clean Air Zone, on the Brum Breathes website.

Edgbaston Stadium is a cashless venue and card payments only will be accepted at all food outlets, bars and Store ’94 around the venue. Please bring your card or e-wallet to purchase food, drink or merchandise.

Our chefs can accommodate a wide range of dietary requirements including halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and more. Plus, Edgbaston is a fully nut-free stadium.

Please get in touch with our Events team at least 14 days before your party date to make them aware of any requirements and we will endeavour to cater for you.

If you are lucky enough to look under the age of 25, please ensure you bring your ID with you as Edgbaston operate the Challenge 25 policy when serving alcohol behind our bars.

At the end of the night, we are not permitted to allow any drinks to be taken off the premises and will have to be consumed prior to the end of your party. Additionally, drinks are not permitted to be brought onto the premises, subject to a standard bag search upon arrival.

Please Note: We are now a cashless venue. You will need to bring your card or e-wallet with you to purchase drinks from the bars at Edgbaston.

Yes. You can get the party started with our selection of drinks packages available to pre-order at discounted rates. To pre-order, simply visit edgbaston.events-booking.co.uk, login to your online account and select which drinks packages you would like. These will be waiting on your table on arrival.

Dress to impress this festive season. We have a smart dress code, including NO ripped jeans, hoodies, trainers or caps.

No. All Shared Party Nights at Edgbaston are over 18s only.

Anyone who looks under the age of 25 may be asked to present an ID for proof of age.

If you wish to leave your car overnight at Edgbaston, please speak with a member of staff on Main Reception to make them aware and to confirm arrangements how when you will be collecting the following day. Please Note: This is available to Edgbaston Christmas Party guests only.

Yes. Edgbaston Stadium is fully accessible with dedicated disabled parking or taxi drop-off points, step-free access and accessible facilities throughout the venue.

If you require any specific assistance, please contact the Events team in advance and we can arrange for support to be available.

At Edgbaston there are two sensory rooms that are available to be used by any visitor with neurodiverse needs. If you would like access to our sensory rooms, there is no need to book, simply speak to one of our friendly team on the nights and they will arrange to give you access.

Additionally, we also offer sensory bags which will be available from reception.
