We are delighted to confirm that Edgbaston Stadium is hosting an exclusive evening with Birmingham City Football Club manager Harry Redknapp on Thursday 20 July. This event is now completely SOLD OUT!
On 18 April 2017, Redknapp was announced as the manager of Birmingham City Football Club until the end of the season after the resignation of Gianfranco Zola. His first match in charge was a 1–0 loss to local rivals Aston Villa. The final two games of the season saw Redknapp’s team beat Huddersfield 2–0 followed by a 1–0 away win at Bristol City, allowing Birmingham to escape any threat of relegation. In May 2017, Redknapp signed a one-year deal to continue as Birmingham City manager for another season.
This promises to be a fantastic evening of entertainment at one of the best venues in the Midlands for sporting dinners.
Blues supporters will be able to put their questions to their new boss and selected members of his backroom team. We will hear about Redknapp’s plans for the 2017-18 Sky Bet Championship season, his emotions of surviving relegation on the last day of the season as well as insight into their pre-season training.
