Safe Meetings & Events: Our DDR packages

Edgbaston Events has launched three fresh, safe and healthy Day Delegate (DDR) packages as part of our reduced menu as we reopen as a safe venue.

Edgbaston Stadium will reopen for Safe Meetings & Events from Monday 6 July, with a number of new and improved health, safety and cleanliness procedures in place to ensure the safety of all our guests and staff.

As part of our commitment to safe events, we will be running a reduced menu with pre-packaged food and drink prepared on-site with increased safety and maintaining Edgbaston’s outstanding range of fresh produce.

To support this, Edgbaston Events has launched three new and healthy DDR packages which will be available for all safe meetings and events.

Gold DDR – £42 + vat per head

Our Gold DDR package offers catering options throughout the day, a hot fork boxed lunch pre-packaged and prepared on-site, and a complimentary water bottle or coffee pot

• Arrival: Tea, coffee and orange juice, with breakfast pastries or breakfast rolls
• Mid-morning: Tea and coffee with an energy boost snack
• Gold lunch: Hot fork boxed lunch with salad and dessert
• Mid-afternoon: Tea, coffee and cake of the day
• Throughout the day: Tea and coffee with individual bottles of water and refill stations
• Complimentary reusable water bottle or coffee cup

Silver DDR – £35 + vat per head

Our Silver DDR package offers tea and coffee during the day and a cold healthy protein box or hot food lunch pre-packaged and prepared on-site.

• Arrival: Tea and coffee
• Mid-morning: Tea, coffee and pastries
• Silver lunch: Cold healthy protein box or hot food lunch
• Mid-afternoon: Tea, coffee and cake of the day
• Throughout the day: Individual bottles of water
• For an additional £3 + vat per head, you can add a delicious dessert with lunch

Bronze DDR – £29 + vat per head

Our Bronze DDR package offers exceptional value for money with tea and coffee during the day and a protein box lunch pre-packaged and prepared on-site.

• Arrival: Tea and coffee
• Mid-morning: Tea, coffee and biscuits
• Bronze lunch: Protein box and healthy snack
• Mid-afternoon: Tea, coffee and cake of the day
• Throughout the day: Individual bottles of water
• For an additional £3 + vat per head, you can add a delicious dessert with lunch
