PAYMENT
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking and cannot be guaranteed until the full payment is made. A deposit payment of £15 per person is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Non-payment will render our contract with you void and your event will be cancelled. Additional places are not guaranteed and are available on a first-come first-served basis. Full payment will be 6 weeks prior to event date. Bookings made within 6 weeks of the event date will be required to make full payment at time of booking.
CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellations made by the party organiser must be confirmed in writing. All payments (deposits and full payments) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Should a guest pay a deposit and then not require their place, this deposit will be lost and cannot be included as part payment for their group’s final payment.
FORCE MAJEURE
Edgbaston Stadium will not be liable to the Customer to the extent that it is unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement, or the Company’s performance of its obligations is delayed or hindered by reason of Force Majeure. In such circumstances Edgbaston Stadium will endeavour to find a suitable alternative date for the Event to take place, if this is possible the deposit will be transferred against the new event date. The Balance payment will be rescheduled against the new event date.
REFUNDS
Edgbaston Stadium reserves the right to cancel events due to lack of interest or unforeseen circumstances. In this instance an alternative date will be offered. In the event of cancellation by the venue deposits and full payments will be refunded.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
All dietary requirements are expected to be advised at the time of booking in writing to your contact in the events team. We will also contact you a few weeks before your party date to re-confirm. Failure to advise of any dietary requirements could result in your guests not having a suitable meal available.
BARS AND BEVERAGE ORDERS
All bars at Edgbaston Stadium are cashless, any major forms of credit/debit cards will be accepted. Under no circumstances are guests allowed to bring their own beverages into the venue. Pre-ordered drinks will be placed on the tables for the start of the event. CHALLENGE 25 Although all events are only suitable for over 18’s, the venue operates a strict Challenge 25 policy. Any guests who are fortunate enough to look under 25 will be required to show proof of age. Photo Driving Licence, Passport or Pass Accredited cards are accepted. Guests who cannot provide proof of age when requested will be refused alcohol service.. Additionally, at the end of the night we are not permitted to allow any drinks to be taken off the premises. Any pre-ordered or unopened bottles can be collected from Main Reception the following day if left with a Manager.
MANAGEMENT
Edgbaston Stadium reserves the right to refuse service and to remove from the event any person whose condition, in the opinion of the management team or security team, interferes or is likely to interfere or disrupt the enjoyment of the event for other guests.
