Catering is provided by the stadium’s catering team (where applicable). We also offer a self-catered venue hire option, allowing the use of approved external caterers.

Please note that external catering is not permitted unless pre-approved by the venue. 

Our chefs can accommodate a wide range of dietary requirements including halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and more. Plus, Edgbaston is a fully nut-free stadium.

If you are booking a Winter Gardens Shared Party Night, all dietary requirements can be managed via your online account at edgbaston.events-booking.co.uk. You can login at anytime and update your requirements. Alternatively, please get in touch with our Events team to make them aware and we will endeavour to cater for you.

Please Note: Edgbaston needs to be notified of any dietary requirements at least 14 days before your party date.

If you are lucky enough to look under the age of 25, please ensure you bring your ID with you as Edgbaston operate the Challenge 25 policy when serving alcohol behind our bars.

At the end of the night, we are not permitted to allow any drinks to be taken off the premises and will have to be consumed prior to the end of your party. Additionally, drinks are not permitted to be brought onto the premises, subject to a standard bag search upon arrival.

Please Note: We are now a cashless venue. You will need to bring your card or e-wallet with you to purchase drinks from the bars at Edgbaston.

No. All Shared Party Nights at Edgbaston are over 18s only.

Anyone who looks under the age of 25 may be asked to present an ID for proof of age.

Yes. You can get the party started with our selection of drinks packages available to pre-order at discounted rates. For your Winter Garden Shared Christmas Party Night, you can pre-order simply by visiting edgbaston.events-booking.co.uk, logging into your online account and selecting which drinks packages you would like. These will be waiting on your table on arrival.

Dress to impress this festive season. We have a smart dress code, including NO ripped jeans, hoodies, trainers or caps.

Yes, there will be a cloakroom where you can pay to leave your items.

Yes. Free car parking is available to all guests attending a Christmas Party at Edgbaston. To gain access to our car park, enter through our Edgbaston Road entrance (B5 7QU) and one of our friendly team will direct you. From our car park it is then a short walk to our Main Reception. Yes, some overnight parking is possible, but only in certain circumstances, for example, for Christmas Party guests. If you let your event coordinator know and agree arrangements, you may leave your vehicle overnight.

Yes, we have 10 electric vehicle parking bays on the main drive and in the Wyatt parking area.

Birmingham New Street Train Station is the main rail hub for the city. The busses 45 and 47 run regularly from the City Centre to Pershore Road, which is a 2 minute walk from the Stadium.

Yes, we are assistance dog friendly. Just let your event coordinator know before the event and we will do everything we can to ensure your comfort.

Edgbaston is a fully wheelchair accessible venue and our team are training to ensure we can offer a comfortable experience for all attendees. If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please email [email protected] in advance of your visit so we can make any required arrangements.

At Edgbaston there are two sensory rooms that are available to be used by any visitor with neurodiverse needs. If you would like access to our sensory rooms, there is no need to book, simply speak to one of our friendly team on the nights and they will arrange to give you access.

Additionally, we also offer sensory bags which will be available from reception.
