Our award-winning Executive Head Chef, Dave Hill, and his talented team construct creative and unique menus that demonstrate the passion our catering team have for creating a melody of flavours.

With a wealth of experience, our chefs have been able to develop food that balances delicate flavours with extra-special touches perfectly.

Our exquisite and sublime food won us the title of ‘Best Venue’ at the 2016 Birmingham Food, Drink & Hospitality Awards.
