Our Sustainability Pledge



We actively support the use of fresh, seasonal produce with 90% of food sourced from local like-minded, ethical producers and prepared on-site at Edgbaston.


Waste Management

We aim to use ingredients in their entirety and keep the amount of food waste to a minimum, with all unused edible food offered to local community groups.


Visitor Well-Being

When designing our menus, our chefs take great care to consider nutrition, health and balance. And we go above and beyond to the allergens in our food.

The Levy Way

Levy takes pride in developing plant-forward menus that are healthier for our guests and the planet. We’re focused on reducing our red meat across our menus, while still producing indulgent menus for our guests to enjoy.

But, a reduction in our carbon footprint will never mean a reduction in taste.
