
Edgbaston are delighted to announce that it has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Purpose Built Wedding Venue’ category at the Midlands Asian Wedding Awards (MAWA).
The finalists will now battle it out in a public vote, before an independent panel of judges select the winner. The shortlist for the ‘Best Purpose Built Wedding Venue’ is as follows:
- Athena (Leicester)
- Dallas Burston Polo Club (Warwickshire)
- Edgbaston (Birmingham)
- Ramada Park Hall Hotel (Wolverhampton)
- Vox Conference Centre (Solihull)
Since the £32 million redevelopment of Edgbaston, the venue has hosted over 1,000 weddings and caters for a wide range of cultural and traditional requests.

Each room has its own built-in-bar and customers can even have their drinks reception on the Skyline Terrace which overlooks the famous Edgbaston pitch and allows guests to capture some memorable moments.
