Terms and Conditions

  • All items are available on request and subject to availability
  • Corkage is not available with this charity offer
  • If you are a registered charity a 10% cashback is available on request 14 days after the event on all pre-booked food and beverage. No other items are available for the cashback offer
  • If the 10% is not claimed in writing within 30 days after the event date then the offer will expire
  • This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer
  • Minimum numbers will apply
  • Full pre-payment is required in advance of the event. A detailed invoice will be sent with your contract
  • If you agree to this offer then Edgbaston would require to be issued with “Sponsorship Status” for the event
