Where is the restaurant located?
Elegant Eat is located in our premium Warwickshire Suite, on the third floor of the main stand, at one of the world’s most renowned cricket stadium.
What does the menu look like?
Each menu is carefully selected by our award-winning Executive Head Chef Dave Hill and his dedicated team, using seasonal local produce to support our sustainability model. Dave has helped transform Edgbaston dining to create one of the best stadium food offerings in the country. Guests will experience an exquisite 7-course taster menu that is sure to impress all.
What did the food critics say about Elegant Eat?
Paul Fulford, noted food and drink critic attended the launch event and said he was, “knocked for six by Elegant Eat” and that, “this was intelligent and technically accomplished cooking – bringing together ingredients in imaginative, surprising, skilled and satisfying ways.”
Emma Victoria Stokes, a food blogger was invited to one of our sitting who described her overall experience as “one of the best blogger meals” she has had in her four years of food sampling.
What can guests expect?
Guests will be able to relax in very comfortable surroundings and will experience one of the best fine dining experiences Birmingham has to offer whilst overlooking the famous Edgbaston pitch. This unique event also sees Edgbaston’s chefs come out after the service to talk to guests and get their views on the food and their experience.

Our objective is to provide best quality in food and service and to deliver the best stadium food in the UK. We aim to showcase our passion in this area and the Elegant Eat restaurant is an ideal way to promote something we are very proud of.
How does Elegant Eat compare to other fine-dining restaurants in Birmingham?
We’ve been overwhelmed with positive feedback from our recent Elegant Eat sittings and we wish to continue to provide exquisite food and service for all our customers using local produce. Birmingham boasts 5 Michelin Star restaurants and we believe our offering is up there with the very best – we wish to become the sixth Michelin Star restaurant in our city.
When is the restaurant open again?
This exclusive restaurant will be open on the following dates with sittings at 7pm, 7.30pm, 8pm and 8.30pm.

What is the set menu cost?
The set menu cost is £55 per head with an extensive bar, offering a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and a wine flight which compliments each dish.
