Edgbaston Events has launched its Hybrid Event packages utilising enhanced and the latest technology as part of our commitment to reopen as a safe venue.
Edgbaston Stadium will reopen for Safe Meetings & Events from Monday 6 July, with a number of new and improved health, safety and cleanliness procedures in place to ensure the safety of all our guests and staff.
As part of our ongoing dedication to make sure you can hold your event, we are now offering fully inclusive hybrid packages, utilising the latest technology to deliver video conferencing solutions, live streaming and virtual tours, with innovation and ease.
To support this, Edgbaston Events has worked with technology partner, MCL Create, to provide innovative solutions, available to suit all budgets and needs with all Safe Meetings & Events.
Hybrid Events
If some of your delegates can’t attend or presenters can’t make it – no problem at all. No matter where your delegates are or what situation your presenters find themselves in it is still very possible for everyone to have an engaging and contributing experience.
The idea of hybrid events is to bring your safe meeting or event as close to the live experience as possible for everyone that can attend or find themselves currently unable to.
We can accommodate multiple breakout streams with presenters, live and virtual, all contributing to the same panel discussions or live Q&As. Utilising our comprehensive range of AV technology, we can over come any challenge and help you get your message across – making real connections.
Live Streaming
Our on-site engineers from MCL Create will simply film it and beam it live to the internet, ready for people to watch and engage with.
Our technology can guarantee you a reliable and secure broadcast so any delegates who can’t make the event can watch the conference from wherever they happen to be. MCL Create have been helping brands communicate in this way for years, allowing them to concentrate on their message and letting them worry about the technology.
Remote Presenters
Over the past few months we’ve all become very used to seeing reporters, contributors and celebrity’s bedrooms and kitchens as they join TV shows from lockdown.
Even before these strange times this is something that has been done for years and have beamed presenters from all over the world to join various meetings in a wide variety of locations.
