How do I get my tickets for this event?

Your tickets for Ibiza Classics Fireworks Party or Fireworks Spectacular & Fun Fair are available to view, download and print via your online account. 

To gain entry, tickets can be printed at home or the PDF can be shown via a mobile device.

Your login details will be same as you used to purchase your tickets. Once logged in, simply click on ‘Tickets’ and your tickets will be available to download as a PDF.

What are the timings for Fireworks Spectacular & Fun Fair?

If you choose to select an Executive Box experience for our Ibiza Classics Fireworks Party or  Fireworks Spectacular & Fun Fair, you will receive:

  • Access to a barista coffee machine serving a range of hot drinks

How much does the Fun Fair cost?

Our on-site Fun Fair for 2023 is set to be the biggest one we have ever had, including a range of your favourite rides.

Each ride will have a separate charge starting from just £2 each. Please note that all rides will except both card and cash.

Are there disabled accessibility tickets available?

Disabled accessibility tickets are available to purchase in the South, West Lower and Eric Hollies Stands. These can be purchased online by viewing the seating map.

Each disability ticket comes with a free ticket for a carer as standard. If you have any issues then tickets can be booked directly by contacting the Ticket Office on 0121 369 1994 or via tickets@edgbaston.com.

Is Car Parking available to purchase for fireworks?

On the night, we will be operating a public car park close to Edgbaston at Birmingham Nature Centre/Queen’s Ride (B5 7RL).

Parking is available to book online in advance of the event. To book, please click the following link – parkthecarhere.com.

Please Note: There will be no car parking available on-site at Edgbaston Stadium on the night.

Also, there will be additional public car parking available at Cannon Hill Park on a pay and display basis.

Do I have to buy a ticket for a toddler?

Children of any age can come to fireworks events at Edgbaston. Children aged 2 or under will be admitted free of charge, but please note that there will be no seat allocated to them to watch the fireworks display.

Will food and drink be available to buy on the night?

Yes, food and drink, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, will be available around the stadium for spectators providing a wide variety of options to suit all.

Edgbaston is renowned for its award-winning food and drink. Fordhall Farm, a community-owned organic farm, are our exclusive food catering partner.

Catering will be available at locations around the stadium offering a wide range of options including Halal (H), Vegetarian (V), Vegan (VE), Gluten Free (GF) and more.

Food and drink can also be ordered from your seat for Click & Collect via the Edgbaston app, which is free on iOS and Android. Your order will be available to collect from your nearest bar.

Can I pay with cash at Edgbaston?

Edgbaston Stadium is a cashless venue and card payments only will be accepted at all food outlets, bars and Store ’94 around the venue. However, please note that the Fun Fair will be accepting both card and cash.

Please bring your card or e-wallet to purchase food, drink or merchandise.

What is the best way to travel to Edgbaston?

We encourage spectators, who are able to, to leave the car at home and use public transport wherever possible.

The following information will help you plan your travel to Edgbaston and offer transport tips to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. Please note, traffic around Edgbaston on event days is extremely busy so give plenty of time to arrive.

Rail

Birmingham has great public transport links and we strongly recommend that you consider public transport so that you can make the most of your day with us. Birmingham New Street Station is the main rail hub for the city with connections from all over the region and country. We recommend that you book your tickets in advance and plan your journey.

Public Buses

There are regular local buses to the ground from south-west Birmingham and the city centre. National Express buses 45 and 47 have services between the city centre and Pershore Road which is a two-minute walk to the ground. More information on local buses can be found online at nxbus.co.uk.

By Bike

If you live locally, Edgbaston easy to get to by bike with both the Rea Valley and the A38 (Bristol Road) cycle route close by, offering a safe way to travel to the stadium. Bike stands are available near the Main Reception.

Walking

Many attendees enjoy the 40-minute walk to Edgbaston from the city centre. The walking route between Birmingham New Street Station and Edgbaston is straightforward with comprehensive signs to help you find your way.

Taxi Drop Off & Pickup

We kindly ask all spectator to arrange taxi drop off and pickup away from Edgbaston to avoid unnecessary traffic and to adhere to local parking restrictions.

Birmingham Clean Air Zone

Please note that from 1 June 2021, Birmingham City Council introduced a Clean Air Zone within the A4540 Middleway (Inner City Ring Road). Edgbaston is not within the Clean Air Zone, however, if you drive through the Clean Air Zone area  in a car or van, you could be charged £8 per day if your vehicle does not meet the required standards. Driving on the A4540 Middleway itself will not incur charges. You can check if you will be charged using the Government vehicle checker and view a map of the Clean Air Zone, on the Brum Breathes website.

Can I bring sparklers into the venue?

For the safety of all visitors to Edgbaston, we do not allow sparklers to be admitted into the venue.

What happens if it rains?

Although we hope that the weather will be on our side, we are preparing to ensure the event can go ahead in all weather conditions. 

We encourage attendees to check the weather forecast ahead of their arrival and prepare accordingly. Please ensure you wrap up warm and bring a rain coat or umbrella if necessary.

What is the drink policy at Edgbaston?

If you are lucky enough to look under the age of 25, please ensure you bring your ID with you as Edgbaston operate the Challenge 25 policy when serving alcohol behind our bars.

At the end of the night, we are not permitted to allow any drinks to be taken off the premises and will have to be consumed prior to the end of your party. Additionally, drinks are not permitted to be brought onto the premises, subject to a standard bag search upon arrival.

Please Note: We are now a cashless venue. You will need to bring your card or e-wallet with you to purchase drinks from the bars at Edgbaston.

How does Edgbaston accommodate those with neurodiverse needs?

At Edgbaston there are two sensory rooms that are available to be used by any visitor with neurodiverse needs. If you would like access to our sensory rooms, there is no need to book, simply speak to one of our friendly stewards on the nights and they will arrange to grant you access.

Additionally, we also offer sensory bags which will be available from reception.

What is the Ticket Refund Policy for this event?

All tickets sold are non-refundable after purchase. Refunds are not available if ticket buyers choose not to attend.

If your we have to cancel the event due to health and safety reasons, your money is safe and you will be able entitled to a full refund for the value of the tickets. If this situation occurs then you will not be expected to take any action as an automatic refund will be made to your original payment method.

 

Will a push chair drop point be available at Edgbaston?

Yes. We will be operating a push chair drop off point throughout the event.

Before taking your seats, you can drop off your push chairs with our stewards along our concourse behind the South Stand. You will be given a token that you will have to show after the fireworks display to collect your push chair.

Edgbaston Fireworks 2023 – Terms & Conditions

Tickets are sold subject to the regulations of Edgbaston Stadium (“Edgbaston”).

All tickets sold are non-refundable after purchase. Refunds are not available if ticket buyers choose not to attend

Tickets are only valid if presented complete. Tickets are issued on the condition that they are not resold. Any purchaser contravening this regulation will be prevented from purchasing tickets in the future.

Edgbaston reserves the right to change ticket prices at any time. Edgbaston may run promotional offers, which may include a change in price, at any time.

Edgbaston reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Ticket Regulations

  1. Tickets shall not be resold or transferred (save as mentioned in (2) below) and shall not be purchased or obtained from or through any person, commercial agent, company or otherwise than directly by the applicant from Edgbaston or its authorised agent. Any tickets advertised for sale other than by Edgbaston or its authorised agents will be void.
  2. If more than one ticket is issued to an applicant those tickets may be used only by the applicant and the person(s) intending to accompany that applicant to and at the event.  The provision of such ticket by an applicant to such person without payment shall not contravene (1) above.
  3. Any ticket obtained in breach of these conditions shall be void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such ticket shall be nullified. Any person seeking to use a ticket obtained in breach of these conditions in order to gain or provide entry to or remain at the club will be a trespasser and will be ejected and liable to legal action.
  4. Tickets remain the property of Edgbaston at all times.
  5. Edgbaston reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time.

Carer/Companion Tickets

  1. Guests who have the following documentation are entitled to one free Carer Ticket. However, the supporter with the disability and any further members of their party will pay full price. Please show the relevant paperwork as well as suitable photo ID of the named recipient at the Ticket Office when you buy your tickets. Not valid for online purchase. For proof of disability, please bring any one of the following forms of documentation:- Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or DLA/Personal Independent
    – Payments (PIP) for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been
    awarded, or the actual Allowance book
    – Attendance Allowance or Carer’s Allowance letter of award
    – Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded
    – Incapacity Benefit or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
    – In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual
    Impairment (CVI)
    – A local authority registration document which is local to the attraction where it is being submitted
    – A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card
    – Credibility’s Access Card
    1 A carer must be over 14 years of age and capable of assisting the guest who has the disability. The carer would be expected to understand the disabled person’s condition and assist them in managing it for the duration of their visit. If more than one carer’s Membership is required, a letter from a GP or consultant is needed stating the number of carers required.
    12.2 Carer Tickets will be issued alongside the paying ticket-holder and are only valid when both parties attend. Edgbaston reserves the right to revoke both tickets should this not be followed.
