Alongside this, Scope 3 emissions will continue to be an area of focus for us, including waste &amp; water management, player, fan and staff travel, as well as improving biodiversity and wellbeing in the local area.<\/p>\n<p>With constant monitoring and reporting we will continue to strive for a sustainable future. Improving Waste Management<\/h2>\n<h4>We aim to recycle as much as possible and operate a zero waste to landfill policy.<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>All our non-recyclable waste get sold on to make RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel)<\/li>\n<li>Any unused edible food, that meet all hygiene requirements, are distributed to local charities to feed homeless people around Birmingham<\/li>\n<li>Since 2019, we has significantly reduced the amount of waste produced by redesigning our food &amp;
