Stuart Cain

Chief Executive

Stuart was appointed Chief Executive of the Club in 2020. He is also a Director of Edgbaston Experience Limited and a Trustee of the Edgbaston Foundation, the Club’s official charity.

Stuart joined Warwickshire CCC from Wasps Holdings where he was Chief Executive. Other previous roles include; Managing Director (Commercial Marketing), NEC Group; Global Managing Partner (Sport), Mindshare/WPP plc; Commercial Director, Rangers FC and Wolverhampton Wanderers FC; European Marketing Services Director, Molson Coors plc.

He currently holds a number of non-executive positions including; Senior Independent Director at Rugby League World Cup 2021, Independent Director at UK Athletics and member of the West Midlands Combined Authority Regional Board for Tourism.

Craig Flindall

Strategy Director

Craig is the Strategy Director after originally joining the Club as Finance Director in 2010. He is responsible for driving strategic leadership for the Club, including the Masterplan and The Hundred investment. Craig is also the General Manager of the Birmingham Phoenix team in The Hundred and a Trustee of WCCC’s official charity, the Edgbaston Foundation.

Craig’s role prior to joining the Club was in Corporate Finance at EY, where his projects included advising WCCC on securing its principal redevelopment funding for the first phase its stadium Masterplan from Birmingham City Council and Advantage West Midlands. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG before joining AXA Sun-life.

Craig was the Chairman of the Lord’s Taverners charity in the West Midlands until 2021.

Abraham Khan

Finance Director

Abraham is a Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years’ experience across both the public and private sectors. As Finance Director, he is responsible for overseeing Warwickshire County Cricket Club’s financial strategy, ensuring robust financial discipline across the organisation.

Since joining, Abraham has played a pivotal role in the Club in achieving record revenue and profit. He also manages key financial relationships with Edgbaston Experience, Birmingham Phoenix and the Warwickshire Cricket Foundation.

A member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy (CIPFA), Abraham is known for his strategic insight, collaborative leadership style, and passion for innovation.

Away from Edgbaston, he is actively involved in humanitarian causes. In 2023, he spent five weeks in Pakistan helping communities who had been devasted by the deadly floods. Abraham also enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, particularly at their local allotment.

Adam Lowe

Commercial Director

Adam joined the Club as Commercial Director in December 2023, looking after the Ticketing, Membership, Hospitality, Commercial Partnerships, Merchandise, Marketing & Brand and Media & Content teams.

Adam has extensive experience in the sport & leisure industry having previous roles as Head of Marketing and Interim Chief Commercial Officer at Premier League side Aston Villa Football Club, working at the Club for 10 years after a period of time with Mitchells & Butlers across marketing, commercial and operational functions.

James Thomas

Performance Director

James was appointed Performance Director of Warwickshire County Cricket Club in June 2025, with overall responsibility for all professional cricket across the Bears men’s and women’s teams, as well as the Birmingham Phoenix.

He joined Warwickshire from Manchester City FC, where he served as Director of Performance Services. James brings a wealth of experience from the UK’s high-performance sport system, having held senior leadership roles including Performance Director at British Gymnastics, Head of Pathways at GB Judo, and Performance Director for Welsh Boxing.

A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA), James also holds a Master’s degree in International Sports Law.

Beyond his executive roles, James has contributed strategically to UK sport through various board positions. He has served as a Non-Executive Director at GB Boxing and is currently a Non-Executive Director at both Badminton England and GB Badminton. He was also a member of the UK Sport People Development Steering Group and the UK Performance Directors Strategic Group.

Fidelis Navas

Community Director

Fidelis is responsible for community engagement programming at Edgbaston Stadium and for the executive leadership of the Warwickshire Cricket Foundation. She was appointed in September 2022.

Prior to joining Warwickshire, Fidelis managed her own charity consultancy firm, after working at well know organisations such as Birmingham Children’s Hospital and National Council for Volunteering Organisations.

She is an avid hockey player and is currently the Health and Safety Officer for her local hockey club.  Fidelis also coaches All Stars and plays cricket for a Birmingham Club. She is also a trustee of a children’s bereavement charity Beyond the Horizon.
