I have credit in my online account. Can I use this to purchase tickets?

Yes, absolutely. Those with credit in their account can use it to purchase tickets, Membership or Season Passes for 2022.

The easiest way to use your credit is online. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to use the credit in your online account to purchase Major Match tickets.

  1. Select the fixture and seats you want to purchase, as usual, online at tickets.edgbaston.com and click Add To Cart.
  2. On the Basket page, click Buy Now. Then on the next page select your Delivery Method and click Continue.
  3. On the Order Summary page, scroll down and before you proceed to payment, you will see a section called ‘Use your credit to pay for your order’. On this section, the tick box will be checked and it will tell you how much credit you have to use. The value of your credit will be deducted from your Amount Due balance.
  4. Check the Terms & Conditions ticket box and click ‘Proceed to Payment’.
  5. If there is any balance left to pay, you will need to add a payment method at this stage. Once complete, you will receive a booking confirmation via email with your booking details.

You can also use your credit when purchasing tickets over the phone by calling 0330 551 1994 (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri) or in-person at Store ’94 (10am-4pm, Mon-Fri).

Credit must be used by the end of 2022.

If the match or my tickets are cancelled, can I claim a refund?

Yes, you can buy with confidence knowing that you can claim a refund if your fixture doesn’t go ahead.

Our Ticket Refund Guarantee means if your fixture or tickets are cancelled due to health and safety reasons, you will be eligible for a refund for the value of your tickets, you can use your tickets for another game this season or you can accept a credit option.

Please note, booking fees are non-refundable.

In a situation where we have to reduce our capacity and are required to cancel a proportion of tickets, we have discretion as to which tickets to cancel. In such circumstances, you will again be eligible for a refund for the value of your tickets.

How do I sell tickets on the Ticket Exchange re-sale platform?

Edgbaston has launched an official Ticket Exchange re-sale platform to allow ticket buyers who can no longer attend a Major Match to sell their tickets, at no charge, to other supporters.

It’s easy to sell tickets via the platform. Follow the step-by-step guide below:

  1. Log-in to your online ticket account at tickets.edgbaston.com
  2. On My Homepage, scroll down and click on View Tickets
  3. Find the tickets you want to re-sell and follow the instructions on screen

Please note, tickets can only be sold at face value or less.

Once tickets have been sold on the re-sale platform, you can no longer access these tickets and you will automatically receive a refund back to your original payment method (please allow 3-5 working days). If your card is no longer valid, your refund will appear as credit on your account and you can contact us to organise alternative payment back to you.

If you have listed tickets on to the Ticket Exchange and change your mind, you can re-claim your tickets if they haven’t already been sold via your account.

If you have any questions, please email tickets@edgbaston.com.

What procedures have been put in place to keep Edgbaston safe?

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, we have been working hard to make sure Edgbaston can welcome staff, players and fans back safely.

We know things can change and we’ve made our approach flexible so we can react to any changes to the guidelines. Hopefully, we won’t need to.

As part of this, we have introduced a number of new and improved health, safety and cleanliness procedures to provide greater reassurance to all visitors.

  • Cleanliness – New and improved cleaning procedures are in place (making sure the stadium remains clean) and we will have plenty of hand sanitiser dispensers available around the stadium.
  • Catering – Food and drink will be prepared on-site and will be as good as ever, with a wide range of choices and fresh produce available.
  • Technology – We will be utilising the latest technology and the new Edgbaston app (download it today!) to offer a contactless entry into the stadium, option to view wait times at all Edgbaston bars and click and collect ordering for food and drink. We are also a cashless stadium.
  • Staff – All staff are fully trained and working to new operational procedures and will have suitable PPE tailored to their role.
  • Communication – Ticket buyers will have regular communications from the Club pre-arrival, on-the-day and post event with all the information they need for their day with us.
