How do I get my ticket for this match?
E-tickets will be used for this match via the Edgbaston app, which is the quickest and easiest way to view and share tickets with other attendees.
Alternatively, spectators will also be able to download a print at home ticket via your online account.
Edgbaston app is free to download on iOS or Android, simply search for Edgbaston in your app store from your mobile device. Your log-in details for the app will be the same as the one you used to purchase tickets online.
Once you are logged in to the app, you can view your tickets via the Wallet section by clicking on My Tickets.
Tickets can be shared with other attendees via the app. To do this, view the ticket you want to share and click on the share icon, on the top-right hand corner. This will generate a code that you can share. The recipient of the ticket will need to download the app and enter the code in the My Tickets section of the app.
To gain entry on the day, simply show your ticket in the app.
Print at home ticket
Alternatively, tickets can be downloaded via your online account. Log-in to your account and download your print at home ticket by clicking on Tickets in the menu.
You will need to print this ticket at home or you can show the PDF on your mobile device to get entry. This will then be scanned at the gate.
If I’m feeling unwell, can I still attend this match?
If you are unwell or have any COVID-19 symptoms, we advise that you stay at home.
You are responsible for your own health. You should act in ways that protect your health and the health of others and avoid acting in a way that might risk the health of others at the stadium.
We advise that you do not attend if you have any COVID-19 symptoms:
- Temperature of 37.8 degrees or above
- New continuous cough
- Loss of sense of taste/smell
- Any other COVID-19 symptoms officially recognised
What personal details do I need to supply for NHS Test and Trace?
It is a requirement that venues must obtain the data of all individuals attending to support the NHS Test and Trace programme.
QR codes will be located at entrance points around the stadium and all attendees, except for under 16s, will be asked to scan using a mobile device and enter their details.
Each individual can also register a ticket to each attendee, except for under 16s, via the Edgbaston app.
Do I have to wear a face covering?
No, spectators are not required to wear a face covering when attending fixtures at Edgbaston.

Will Car Parking be available to purchase for this match?
Car Parking will be available on-site for annual Car Park Pass holders, Executive Members and Blue Badge holders (limited spaces available on a first-come, first serve basis) only. Entry is available off Pershore Road.
Car Parking will be available to buy at our official off-site car park close to the stadium, approximately a 10-15 minute walk away, charged at £7 per car in advance (£10 on the day). You can book your car parking online here.

All parking is subject to availability.
Public car parking may also be available on a pay and display basis in Cannon Hill Park and/or the Birmingham Wildlife Conservation Centre, but note that these car parks are not operated by Edgbaston.
Will food and drink be available to purchase on the day?
Yes, food and drink, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, will be available around the stadium for spectators. Availability will vary depending on fixture.
Spectators can order food and drink for Click & Collect from their seat using the Edgbaston app, available from selected bars on selected match days. To order, simply download the Edgbaston app on iOS or Android and visit the Shop section.
Spectators are allowed and encouraged to bring their own food and drink into the stadium, but no alcohol or glass bottles are allowed at International, The Hundred or Vitality Blast fixtures.
Can I bring food and drink into the ground?
Yes, spectators can bring in their own food and drink subject to the following restrictions:

Spectators are allowed to bring their own food and drink into the stadium, excluding glass bottles.
We ask that you avoid bringing in large bags, if at all possible.
International, Vitality Blast Finals Day, Vitality Blast and The Hundred
No alcohol is allowed into the ground for international matches, Vitality Blast Finals Day, Vitality Blast and The Hundred.
As you would expect, we will have a thorough safety and security operation in place when you arrive and bags will be searched. Please avoid bringing bags, if at all possible.
There are some items you can’t bring into the ground;
- No alcohol.
- No glass bottles.
- Spectators can bring in their own food and drink subject to the above restrictions.
- No fireworks or flares.
- No weapons, firearms or any other items considered dangerous.
- Flags, Banners, or other signs that are offensive, racist, or commercially or politically motivated.
- No instruments, whistles or horns, unless agreed in advance.
This policy helps to ensure the safety and comfort of spectators in attendance at Edgbaston on our busier match days.
What will happen if it rains?
Bad weather may effect your match which will mean a delay in play or no play is possible. The decision on any delay in play is made by the umpires, who are responsible for the players’ safety.
Fans are encouraged to check the weather forecast for their match day before their visit and plan for any bad weather. Please bring a rain coat and umbrellas are allowed.
Areas of some stands (South Stand, Eric Hollies Stand and Skyline) are undercover, but the majority of the ground is open. Fans can take cover in our indoor areas including the concourse of the South Stand and in our Exhibition Hall.

What is the refund policy for this match?
If, for the day for which the ticket is valid, we are unable to admit spectators OR play does not take place OR play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less and no result is obtained, then you will be entitled to a refund for the value of your tickets.
This policy applies to paid-for match tickets only. A refund is not available for complimentary tickets.
A refund will be processed automatically back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed. Please note, no refunds will be issued on the day of the fixture.
For refund queries please call 0121 369 1994. All claims for refunds will be paid to the original payment card. If this is no longer valid, your refund will be issued by cheque.
We would encourage as many ticket holders as possible to try and join us for another Vitality Blast fixture in the same season, with tickets available to purchase online.
Can I access the Tom Dollery Lounge?
Due to social distancing restrictions, not all Tom Dollery Lounge ticket holders will be allowed into this area. Members will be allowed to entry this area on a first-come, first-serve basis up to the capacity allowed.
If you are a Tom Dollery Lounge ticket holder and no capacity is left in this area, your tickets will be valid for any other stand including the David Heath Suite.
David Heath Suite capacity will also be restricted, due to social distancing restrictions.
