Having seen previous double-headers against Leicestershire and Worcestershire also called off due to the weather, the forecast rang true with the umpires making a decision shortly before the start time of 11am.
All four sides will now head to Finals Day without a game reaching a conclusion, setting up an exciting knockout at Leek Cricket Club.
Full details will be confirmed later next week, but supporters will be able to attend.

Bears Women will be hoping to finally get their Vitality Women’s County T20 campaign underway on Bank Holiday Monday against Staffordshire.
Heavy rain has abandoned all four matches, played as one day double-headers, so far this season, leaving the Bears, Leicestershire, Staffordshire and Worcestershire all pointless in Group Two.
With the ground staff left perilous in recent weeks, Dom Oster’s side will be hoping Monday’s double-header (11am and 3pm) at the Edgbaston Community Sports Ground, will provide the perfect opportunity for the Bears to kickstart their ambition of retaining the trophy.
“We’ve been frustrated the last few weeks, but what can we do?” said Ostler, Head Coach. “We’d like to thank all the ground staff who have tried so hard to get these games on. We know how difficult it’s been for them.
“Fingers crossed we can get underway on Monday and put in a strong performance at our home ground. The Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy is in full swing and we have selected a strong group of players with plenty of experience. Ellie Phillips and Samardi Samakaroon will join us for the first time as they have impressed within our Under-18s set-up and I know they’re excited to represent the Bear.”
