We have the pleasure to announce that two of our Warwickshire Access players, Roman Pugh and Aqeel Hudda have been selected for trials for the upcoming DPL Select Winter training camps.
This will take place on Sunday the 26th November at Shrewsbury School.
We are delighted that Roman and Aqeel were selected to represent Warwickshire at the trials, it is a testament to their hard work and dedication. The DPL squad coaches are looking for the full package in terms of batting, bowling, fielding and fitness and I felt their games translated well to the next level of competition.

Aqeel scored over 130 runs from the middle order last season at an average of 44 and a strike rate of over a run a ball, whilst Roman opened the bowling with his leg spin- he took 8 wickets at a miserly average of 14.
