Ria makes a significant contribution to coaching cricket, passing on her enthusiasm for the game and inspiring the next generation of players. Congratulations Ria!
Ria Gill deserves this award due to her high standard of coaching, engaging nature with the players and enthusiastic nature to developing your skills and therefore has been awarded as Young Coach of the Year for Warwickshire.
Ria has coached across a number of different programmes this year, whether engaging first time cricketers into the game at Dynamos Intros or Street sessions, or helping deliver the first ever Girls Development Centre programme.
She has shown great adaptability in her coaching, but most importantly builds fantastic relationships with those she coaches and connects with through cricket.
