About Us
Welcome to Warwickshire Cricket Foundation (WCF), the driving force behind all recreational (non-professional) cricket in the county. In close collaboration with Warwickshire County Cricket Club, WCF is dedicated to making cricket accessible to everyone in Warwickshire. Our initiatives span across adults, boys, girls, and people with disabilities, covering activities in schools, community hubs, and local clubs. We work closely with the England & Wales Cricket Board “to inspire the next generation”. Through coaching and mentoring, we support the development of coaches, officials, and volunteers, crucial to the success of our affiliated clubs and associations.

Joining Our Team
We are currently seeking a Community Cricket Coach who possess outstanding communication skills, organisational abilities, and an unwavering passion for sports to engage and inspire young individuals, parents, and teachers through the game of cricket.
We aim to appoint an individual who is enthusiastic and motivated, with a genuine dedication to introducing cricket to schools, Cricket Clubs, and communities. As a team-player, you must demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills. Most importantly, you should be a committed role model dedicated to the development of cricket and making a positive impact in Warwickshire.
The normal working days will be Monday to Friday, with an average of 35 hours per week. While the majority of working hours will be between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, you will be required to work evenings and occasional weekends as and when the role requires.
