I look after all of our women and girl’s clubs and support new clubs who sett up new female sections. I plan all of our county female playing activity and club development, from indoor leagues, volunteer support and actively encouraging more female representatives on club committees.
I live up to the true definition of cricket badger, coaching on our girls and boys’ county pathways, leading the U13 Girls. In the little time left outside of this, my hobbies include lifting some weights in the gym, failing at latte art and trying to cook like I’m going on Masterchef.
Since 2023, we have expanded the Girls Development Centre Programme to include two age groups, resulting in five girls progressing to county pathways.
