Richard is responsible for managing funding, Clubmark accreditation, affiliation processes, and the Safe Hands system. During the summer, he also supports youth cricket competitions alongside Andy Wyles.
He has worked with Sutton Coldfield and Birmingham Unicorns to organise the inaugural LGBTQ+ cricket festival in 2023, which has since become an annual event hosted by the Foundation.
