I help to support community-based cricket programmes run by the Warwickshire Cricket Foundation and bring a wealth of experience in education, knowledge and coaching. Working across Warwickshire, I deliver cricket coaching in schools, community projects and street cricket. I also oversee the core cities programme, which includes running the girl’s glow-in-the-dark cricket programme.
My top three passions are health, exercise, and well-being, particularly assisting women in reaching their goals. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, and I am a qualified primary school teacher and Level 3 Personal Trainer.
One of the larger projects I oversee is the Vaisakhi Cup, which is usually held in April. It’s wonderful to see so many people come together to celebrate. The main aim of the event is to introduce more people, especially women and children, to cricket in order to promote mental and physical well-being.
