Jay joined the organisation in January 2023 as a Community Schools Coach and now serves as Senior National Programmes Officer. He supports the launch of All Stars and Dynamos courses at cricket clubs and recruits and trains activators to deliver these programmes.
Between February and April, Jay coordinates and delivers taster sessions in schools, aiming to inspire young people and encourage participation in summer cricket activities.
