We are committed to increasing equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) across cricket in Warwickshire and Birmingham.

We believe cricket is a game for everyone, whether you play, watch, officiate, volunteer, or get involved in any other way. While we work to embed this belief in everything we do, we will continue to add resources to this site that are particularly relevant to EDI. Our Lead Director for EDI, Amil Khan, and the EDI Sub-Committee guide this work.

If you have experienced discrimination in a cricketing environment, you can report it to the ECB here.
