Josh oversees all stadium activities organised by the Warwickshire Cricket Foundation and collaborates with Sandwell College on the Edgbaston Cricket Education Programme to support employability initiatives. He also takes the lead on community stadium activity for the upcoming ICC Women’s T20 World Cup, helping ensure the event engages local communities.
Josh takes pride in welcoming local people to the stadium, especially those who have never visited before, opening doors for individuals who might not usually have the opportunity to experience it.
