The ECB is hosting a range of workshops across the game to redefine the culture of cricket and help us achieve our ambition of becoming the most inclusive team sport in England and Wales.
We know that culture doesn’t change overnight, and we also know that it’s the people that make cricket what it is today. And that’s why we need your help. In order to truly change things for the better (for now and for generations to come), we need to create values and behaviours for the game, by the game.
On Wednesday 8th May, the ECB will be holding a 3-hour in-person workshop at Edgbaston and hope that you may be able to join them. The sessions will be facilitated by an external organisation, Given, who are working with the ECB on this project.
They will cover things like hearing about your experience of cricket today, your hopes for the future of the game, and what behaviours or actions you want to see more of in order to get us there.
