Cam delivers engaging cricket sessions to children in both primary and secondary schools across Warwickshire and Birmingham, helping young players build skills, confidence, and a lasting passion for the game.
With experience as an assistant coach on the Development Centre Cricket programme, he brings a strong focus on player development both in and out of school.
More recently, Cam has taken on the role of Secondary School Development Officer, where he leads the delivery of the Chance to Shine Secondary School Girls Leadership Programme, while also overseeing the organisation of school cricket competitions throughout the winter and summer seasons.
