I am responsible for overseeing Warwickshire’s Coach Development programme. It is my responsibility to provide coaches in the county continual training and growth.
As part of my role, I develop and deliver activator training for National Programmes and support in increasing the number of female scorers, umpires, and volunteers. I collaborate closely with the Warwickshire ACO, the association for umpires and scorers in the county.
In the summer, I play cricket at Solihull Blossomfield Cricket Club.
I am passionate about improving the workforce in Warwickshire and celebrating the work of volunteers within the county; the Cricket Collective Awards is an event I’m extremely passionate about as it brings everyone at the Foundation closer to the cricketing community in Warwickshire.
