Wicketz

Warwickshire Cricket Foundation delivers Wicketz sessions to young people living in deprived areas and hard-to-reach groups who do not have access to sporting opportunities, in order to increase opportunity and improve individuals’ physical well-being.

Wicketz is a free community cricket programme funded by the Lords Taverners. We deliver weekly coaching at community cricket hubs all year-round with a focus on breaking down barriers.

The Warwickshire Cricket Foundation target young people aged 8-19, living in disadvantaged communities. Sessions help in developing crucial life skills, creating stronger communities and enabling brighter futures for those taking part.

How Wicketz is transforming the lives of children in Warwickshire and Birmingham

  • Erdington Hub at Erdington Academy Monday 3-5pm
  • Moseley Hub at Moseley School and Sixth Form Tuesday 5-7pm
  • Harborne Hub at Lordswood Boys’ School Wednesday 3-5pm
