About Us
Welcome to Warwickshire Cricket Foundation (WCF), the driving force behind all recreational (non-professional) cricket in the county. In close collaboration with Warwickshire County Cricket Club, WCF is dedicated to making cricket accessible to everyone in Warwickshire, and to champion the sport in order to promote positive mental and physical wellbeing. Our initiatives span across adults, boys, girls, and people with disabilities, covering activities in schools, community hubs, and local clubs.

Joining Our Team
At Warwickshire Cricket Foundation, we’re dedicated to making cricket a game for all. As a SEND Coach, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver high-quality cricket sessions to young people with disabilities, support teachers in developing their skills, and help create pathways for participants to progress from school-based programmes to community hubs and beyond. You’ll work closely with schools, cricket clubs, and our Super 1s and Super 9s programmes, playing a key role in improving access to cricket for young disabled people across the region.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience delivering engaging sessions in disability settings and a commitment to improving the lives of young disabled people.
- Can work both independently and collaboratively to build strong, sustainable partnerships.
- Holds relevant qualifications, including ECB Core Coach, First Aid, and Child Protection training, with the ability to travel between sites.
- Is adaptable, creative, and motivated by the challenge of delivering high-quality, inclusive sessions.
