Josh joined the organisation in January 2025 as National Programmes Officer and now serves as Club Development Officer. He supports cricket clubs across Warwickshire and Birmingham with junior cricket, covering national programmes, women’s and girls’ cricket, Clubmark and Safe Hands compliance, and grant opportunities.
He also works alongside Jay to deliver the national programmes All Stars and Dynamos.
