Affiliation provides clubs with a variety of benefits, including club support, funding opportunities, and national club competitions.

Any club that competes in the Birmingham and District Premier League, Warwickshire County Cricket League, Cotswold Hills League, or Arden Sunday League must be affiliated.

The affiliation process for the 2025 season is currently under review.

By affiliating you agree to..

  • Adopt and enforce the Anti-Discrimination Code and accept the clubs obligations under the General Conduct Regulations
  • Accept the jurisdiction of Warwickshire Cricket Foundation to enforce both the Anti-Discrimination Code and General Conduct Regulations
  • Ensure all participants agree to comply with and adopt the ECB Safeguarding and Protecting Children Policy
  • Register on Safe Hands Management System
  • Have a compliant club constitution in place
  • Have a qualified Club Safeguarding Officer appointed.
  • Provide proof of insurance to a value of £5 million of Public Liability cover and £10 million Employers Liability cover
