Club Development Officer

I am responsible for the Warwickshire Cricket Foundation camps during the summer. I also help with the delivery of the ECB national programme All Stars.

I manage and run our Warwickshire Cricket Foundation Camps Programme, which operates during every school holiday across the year. Camps run across multiple venues in Warwickshire, with our most established camps at Edgbaston, Britannic Park (home of Moseley Ashfield CC), Stratford-Upon-Avon CC and Four Oaks Saints CC.

We are always looking for new venues to expand our offer even further across Warwickshire. Our action-packed camps are filled with match play, hardball and softball opportunities, skill development and much more on offer delivered by our fantastic team of coaches. Our aim is for all players to improve their skills, whilst having a fun time.

I run Warwickshire Youth Cricket Leagues in conjunction with Andy Wyles and my focus is all competitions from U9’s-U11’s. Our competitions are focused on growing youth cricket and providing young cricketers of all ages and abilities with the opportunity to build a passion for cricket.

Club Development Officer

My role as a Club Development Officer is to support a number of clubs with their ambitions with an emphasis on growth areas (junior cricket, inc. national programmes, women’s and girls cricket, Clubmark and SHMS compliance and grant opportunities).

I also support Nigel with the delivery of All Stars and Dynamos Cricket across the majority of Warwickshire clubs, building solid entry-level programmes and providing opportunities for over 3,500 children every year to take their first steps into our great game.

Away from work and cricket, I am a huge sports fan (mainly football, horse racing and F1) and enjoy holidays/travel, where I can usually be found at a sporting event (shock!).
