My role as Participation & Growth Manager is to ensure that everybody in Warwickshire and Birmingham has an accessible offer to cricket. To help me do this, I have a team responsible for the growth of specific cricket areas to ensure we are supporting clubs and growing the game in the right way. I oversee women’s and girls’ cricket, as well as accessibility, junior, and adult cricket in Warwickshire and Birmingham.
Before working in Cricket, I had a background of experience in retail and management; I am no stranger to talking to people.
We have seen significant growth in cricket within Warwickshire over the last couple of years, particularly in the national programs All Stars and Dynamos. We hope this leads to a sustainable future for the game.
